Mr. Small has over a decade of experience in the insolvency field, having worked extensively with clients across industries, including retail, technology, e-commerce, biotech, manufacturing, and cpg.
He has worked with hundreds of distressed companies on the restructuring of corporate obligations and has managed over 125 sale transactions of company assets and intellectual property. Ryan provides professional services in the areas of corporate restructuring, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, receiverships, and foreclosures.
He works closely with Boards of Directors and corporate officers in financial advisory roles, including on mergers and acquisitions, creditor and debtor negotiations, corporate wind downs, and sales of distressed assets.
Prior to Resolution, Ryan was a Senior Vice President at a middle market financial advisory firm focused on distressed corporate entities.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Ms. Froschauer is an insolvency professional with ten years of experience as an advisor in bankruptcy and distressed corporate situations. Prior to Resolution, Molly spent seven years with middle market professional services firms focusing on distressed corporate situations. Molly previously practiced as a bankruptcy attorney and served as the general manager of an out-of-court insolvency service-provider and liquidation agent. She also managed meetings for trade creditors, advocated for out-of-court business debt solutions, and educated trade creditors on their options for businesses resolving their debt.
Molly was an editor of the Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws, published by the National Association for Credit Management. There, she managed over fifty Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, out-of-court workouts and engagements though the bankruptcy courts.
Molly attended Claremont McKenna College where she graduated with a double major in International Relations and French. She then attended Pepperdine Law School where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review. While still in school she worked in federal district court for the Honorable Judge Gutierrez and in the European Union’s Assembly of Regions.
Mr. Klausner is a corporate finance executive with over two decades of experience building, leading and advising corporations through growth, restructurings, international expansion and capital markets transactions. He has served in various capacities including as Chief Financial Officer for multiple corporations, both public and private. His list of industry experience includes consumer products, cellular devices and infrastructure, content delivery platforms and streaming applications as well as online sales and marketing organizations.
Prior to Resolution, Mr. Klausner was Managing Director for a middle market professional services firm focusing on distressed corporate situations. He began his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand providing assurance services to companies in high tech and entertainment in Southern California; then ultimately transitioning to fundraising, growth initiatives, and capital market transactions.
Mr. Klausner attained a Bachelor of Science in management from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.
Mr. Johnson has over twenty-five years of experience in financial advisory and business restructuring roles. His assignments range from pre-revenue startups to traditional brick-and-mortar firms across the United States; for venture capital funds, private equity firms, and commercial banks. Over the last 20 years Mr. Johnson has advised investors, lenders, and/or management of over 400 companies.
Prior to starting Resolution, Mr. Johnson was Senior Managing Director for a middle market professional services focusing on distressed corporate situations for seventeen years. Mr. Johnson spent four years with international turnaround management firm Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. in Los Angeles and New York, providing interim management, forensic accounting, and valuation services for multiple clients, including a national health care organization.
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) professional designations.
